Ferroptosis in hepatic ischemia?reperfusion injury: Regulatory mechanisms and new methods for therapy (Review)

چکیده
Ischemia?reperfusion injury (IRI), also called reoxygenation injury, is the outcome of inflammatory processes and oxidative damage through induction stress. In clinical setting, IRI contributes to severe hepatic including liver cell death by apoptosis ferroptosis. Ferroptosis a novel type in that involves small molecules inhibit glutathione biosynthesis or peroxidase 4 (GPX4), which glutathione?dependent antioxidant enzyme, causing mitochondrial damage. Currently, ferroptosis has been systematically described neurological settings, kidney diseases different types cancer, while few studies have analysed presence regulatory mechanism IRI. Exploring exact role played following accordance with existing evidence mechanisms could guide potential therapeutic interventions provide research avenue.

Regulatory Mechanisms of Injury and Repair after Hepatic Ischemia/Reperfusion
Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury is an important complication of liver surgery and transplantation. The mechanisms of this injury as well as the subsequent reparative and regenerative processes have been the subject of thorough study. In this paper, we discuss the complex and coordinated responses leading to parenchymal damage after liver ischemia/reperfusion as well as the manner in which t...
متن کاملReview of mechanisms and recent advances in cancer photo thermal therapy
Abstract. Cancer is a major health problem all over the world. Photo thermal therapy (PTT) is a non-invasive method in cancer treatment. In PTT, the laser light usually in near-infra red region is absorbed and converted to heat in the cancerous tissue. The temperature above 40 ° C in PTT can induce some effects including irreversible damage to proteins, changes in enzyme struc...
متن کاملon the comparison of keyword and semantic-context methods of learning new vocabulary meaning
the rationale behind the present study is that particular learning strategies produce more effective results when applied together. the present study tried to investigate the efficiency of the semantic-context strategy alone with a technique called, keyword method. to clarify the point, the current study seeked to find answer to the following question: are the keyword and semantic-context metho...
